  Hotel “Seven” ndodhet tek Rruga e “Kavajës”, ish Ambasada Turke. I pozicionuar në qëndër të qytetit, vetëm 100 m larg Sheshit “Skënderbej”, një nga monumentet më të famshëm të Tiranës. Hoteli ndodhet afër Bankës së Shqipërisë, Muzeut Historik Kombëtar dhe  Xhamisë së “EtHem Beut”. Gjithashtu hoteli ndodhet përballë Dhomës së Tregtisë, Ministrisë së Kulturës Rinisë dhe Sporteve, Ministrisë së Punës dhe Çështjeve Sociale dhe Lidhjes së Shkrimtarëve. Hoteli ka 15 dhoma: 4 Teke, 4 dyshe, 6 dopjo dhe 1 treshe. Të gjitha dhomat janë të pajisura me krevatë të rehatshëm, kondicionerë , tv dhe minibarë. Our restaurant and bar, offer a full buffet breakfast, lunch, a dining experience on historical references. The Seven Bar in the “ish- Bllok” area is warm and welcoming, the perfect place to meet before going out …. or coming back. At our bars we don’t just serve whisky, champagne, cocktails or other drinks but even the delicious deserts that are homemade, there are a wide range of cakes and of course don’t leave without trying our ice cream with all the it’s tastes. Just ask! The bar is surprisingly discreet and full of quiet corners. Tuck yourself away with a paper or enjoy a romantic moment. The atmosphere is always amazing!
